In part one I told about Cruciferous vegetables. They are very efficient in preventing cancer. But as I read a newsletter by Dr Al Sears, many other pieces fell into place.
So many of us suffer from estrogen overload. It is dangerous both for men and women. And we are all the time exposed to stuff in our environment that makes it all worse.
Some of the chemicals in our environment reseble estrogen so closely that our body thinks they are real estrogen and react by feminizing our cells.
The dangers of Plastic
We cannot smell or taste the estrogen look-alikes. But they arein many things we use. Here are some.
Plastics, Deodorants, Perfumes, Hair Spray, Shampoo, Some Toys, Body Washers, Pesticides etc etc
The plastics are the worst, as they are hard to avoid. They are all around us. Almost everything we eat and drink is packed in plastic.
The chemicals that remind of estrogen are bisphenol A and phthalates. Perfluorooctanoic acid is a chemical in Teflon and Gore Tex.
What can protect us from estrogen overload?
Now we are back to the Cruciferous vegetables. We should eat them every day ifwe can. Here are some: Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels’ sprouts, Mustard, Radishes, Cress and cabbage and many more. Just make a search and you will find them.
Estrogen Inhibiting foods
Here are some: Citrus fruits, grapes, melons, pinapples, green beans, onions, pumpkin seeds and many others.
We have every reason to be grateful to our Creator who has placed so many protective things in our food, and made them so tasteful..
If you eat meat, don't buy hormon laden meat. And anti biotic free meat should be available somewhere if you do research.
Take care of yourself and teach your children to eat vegetables..
